Who doesn’t love a good market?
Innovative street food, browsing the stalls, listen to some music and free workshops?
But wait, there’s more…
Many businesses in Malta are showing a great commitment to social causes in their ventures and innovative social entrepreneurs are steadily making new footprints in the sand.
Profit is not at the forefront of such an economy – people are.
AND WE WANT YOU TO MEET THESE PEOPLE
So, where better to showcase Malta’s many alternatives to mainstream consumer products than at a market fair?
On Sunday 22nd October at the magical Fort St Angelo in Birgu, with a view of the magnificent Grand Harbour, Kopin invites you to explore all that which our islands have to offer in terms of social enterprise.
Free arts and crafts workshops on upclying, an entertainment area for kids, a street food market with local vendors  who will be selling wine and other products (yummy!).

Come join us for some food and wine (and a taste of some Spanish gin to mix things up a little), and get your early Christmas presents out of the way while supporting the local Human economy.
Entrance is FREE
This Event is brought to you by Kopin through the SUSY- Sustainability and Solidarity Economy project and supported by the European Union, the Ministry for Social Dialogue, Consumer Affairs and Civil Liberties, the Voices Foundation, SpaNiche Wines, Nordes Gin and Heritage Malta.
